The Champaign County Birth to 6 Council works to identify children age birth to six with or at risk of physical, social/emotional, and/or developmental needs. The Council recognizes the role of the family as the primary influence in promoting a child’s development, and strives to coordinate a comprehensive, family-centered system of support in Champaign County for families with young children.
